Position: Media and Business Development Manager

Innity is looking for a talented and motivated individual with online media experience and
exceptional customer service skills to join our media and business development team. The
Media and Business Development Manager will report directly to the Regional Director.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage multiple Online Publisher/Website client accounts.
• Source, evaluate and execute new online media buying and media partnering opportunities.
• Supporting the continued growth of the Innity Media Network.
• Supporting the Regional Media Director in the development of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Publishers/Websites.
• Provide superior customer service via creatively, responsiveness and strong entrepreneurial skills.
• Regular communication with Online Publishers/Websites regarding inventory optimization, growth strategies and opportunities.
• Working collaboratively with other members of the Media, Sales and Campaign Delivery teams on client proposals.
• Be responsible for turnover, margin and profit targets in Indonesia.
• Capitalize on business opportunities as they arise, seeking to aggressively grow market share.
• Define and implement the marketing and commercial strategy for the business, raising brand awareness and driving improved acquisition and retention of online publishers, agencies and advertisers.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• University educated
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge, contact and working experience with major local media publisher
• Good knowledge of the Indonesia advertising market is essential
• Outstanding working experience with media agencies
• Experience in online/offline marketing with proven experience in brand and result driven marketing

Skills/Qualities:

• 1-2 years in Online Media or Interactive Marketing
• Good negotiation skills in person, written and on the phone
• Ability to cultivate and lead a team
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and focus, with attention to detail
